Olifrance –Consulting, a Lyon-based consultancy firm, was created in 2012 by Olivier Bulcourt

The specificity of Olifrance-Consulting is to offer agile and economical tailor-made solutions in France and internationally, in all sectors of activity and all company sizes from small businesses to large groups
The core of our business is the commercial sphere, but the diversity and expertise of our partner stakeholders allow us to address all company issues, ranging from recruitment to communication, artistic guidance, marketing, HR, purchasing, finance and strategy.

A recognized consultant in professional personal development and expert in sales, negotiation and commercial organization, Olivier has been involved in all sizes of companies and across all sectors of activity.
Founder of Olifrance-Consulting in 2012, with a graduate technical and sales background, Olivier has spent his career in the commercial and managerial sphere, holding Sales Director and Director General positions in the international industrial environment including a 3-year mission in Canada and North America.
​Today, thanks to his expertise, Olivier dedicates his time to supporting, advising and training his clients in France and abroad. His mastery of English allows him to carry out projects abroad or on behalf of multicultural firms in this language.
For 5 years Olivier has been an expert partner of Halifax-consulting, a commercial training firm recognized globally and voted best commercial training firm in France for the last three years.
Olivier is based in Lyon, and continuously reinforces his reach and operations in France and abroad.
